Lean Engineering ("we", "us") operates this field service management platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials.
• Operational data you enter: customers, addresses, work orders, technicians, invoices, and related records.
• Usage data: log-in times, IP address, and browser type for security and diagnostics.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the platform, authenticate you, dispatch work, deliver notifications you configure (e.g. email via Resend), and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Resend, mapping providers) strictly to run the service.

Retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting andrew@leanengineering.io.
